I got estimates for a generator installation from Long and others. The Long quote was competitive and they seemed somewhat more professional and responsive than the others. They kept me informed throughout the installation process, answered my questions promptly, and sent a crew that clearly knew what they were doing and also kept me informed about the installation. They gave me a demonstration upon completion. It's a long, tedious process to have a whole house generator installed, but I am satisfied with the service I received and would do business with these folks again. Five stars.
