A big thank you for sending someone same day to do my electrical work. Called in the morning and had someone by the afternoon. Work was completed in good time! Tyson was my electrician and he was knowledgeable, friendly and completed the work in good time. Thank you to everyone for making me feel like a valued customer. I don’t want to forget Ashley who handled my initial call. She was very customer friendly and explained the rates and procedures upfront.

Called to schedule an estimate for electrical needs. Person answering the phone had no knowledge of anything and no interest in truly being helpful. When I asked to talk with someone who could answer my questions. The 'guesstimate ' she came back with on some of my questions were truly ridiculous. 1-1/2 hours to change out each outside light fixture @ $160/hour? Yeah, no, and I wasn't born yesterday. I had another estimate done today, master electrician stated it would take the most 40 min per unit.I have used Kolb Frederick in the past and they were a great company. The entire experience was nothing short of excellent with Kolb Electric. They responded promptly to my online inquiry, and John came out to complete an estimate. John was a pleasure to work with, and the estimate was very fair considering the work to be completed: installing five outlets, surge protector for an elevator, panel surge protector, and a light fixture. As for the install, Both Mike & Randy were very professional, and did a fantastic job with the installation.
