A friend of mine recommended ITNeedsHelp to me. I reached out to Jimmy. He had me bring in my PC the same day and had it fixed quickly. He was very friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. I could not believe how reasonable they were. I expected to pay more. A few weeks later I got locked out of my Facebook account and he got it back for me quickly. I can't say enough good things about this company. Outstanding!!!

Van was a great help with repairing the screen on my Mac book pro. He was very responsive. I called and explained the situation before I came in. When I arrived at the store he helped me order what I needed. When the parts came in I dropped it all off and was on my way. The turn around time was wonderful… I had my laptop back within 24 hours of drop off. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am. 10/10 would recommend!!!!! Thank you Van The price was also much better than what I was quoted elsewhere!!! I appreciate his prices being reasonable. ??

Professional, knowledgeable, and just as importantly, kind. I was having a niche gaming computer issue that was nonetheless really puzzling me and they made time for me to come in and get it dealt with despite their busy schedule. Did not stop until it was fully explained and addressed while being friendly and accommodating all the while. Thank you! Great to know there’s still a place for local IT help.
