I used Inspections by Bob for my pre drywall, pre closing, and 1 year inspections. They are a husband and wife team. I highly recommend them. They are very thorough with their inspections and answer any questions you may have. They send you their inspection reports in a timely manner.
Bob is an excellent inspector and trustworthy. His extensive training shows in his knowledge and how he approaches every type of home. He also knows how to explain priorities of any issues so that people can make their own decisions based on risk.Would highly recommend Bob for home inspection needs!
