I went into the store because my builder said he uses Indiana Floors for his projects. The incredibly rude guy behind the desk couldn't get off his personal phone call. When I stood there a while he put the call on hold. He couldn't be bothered answering any questions and I was obviously not important enough for him. There is NO WAY Indiana Floors will get a purchase for our project.

I travel from an hour away to buy products here. Never had any issues or any kind or slurs like I'm hearing in the other reviews and I'm a woman who actual who out in the flooring field and deals with ignorant slurs from on a weekly basis from men. The men who work at this office have never been ignorant to me in anyway. They have been very helpful at getting any products I need.

I came in to look for a custom piece of wood. I arrived with a Hispanic man that works with me. One of the men behind the counter said something insulting to my buddy and then went to the back. When he returned he refused to help me. Both clerks stationed at the front were unhelpful and racist. I'm very surprised and disappointed at this childish behaviour. I do work for a small family owned construction company in Frederick md. I told the owner of the company I work for about the discriminatory attitude. I will follow up with the state of Maryland on this. How can it be possible that this company serves white only while the majority of workers in the home building arena...read full review
