This company's customer service is absolutely horrible. The only reason they are receiving one star is because a rating is required for review. I was scheduled for someone to come out to take a look at my home for a quote. The day arrives, and no one shows up when scheduled. I called in order to receive an update on the driver ETA, and my calls get forwarded to voicemail. The lack of professionalism this company has is very much unacceptable. I would not suggest this company to anyone.
