I have used Heart 2 Heart twice, once a local move, the other to another state. Both moves took place without any problems. The staff and workers were efficient and helpful. We needed our large/heavy treadmill relocated within our home, but the original movers were not returning my texts/calls. That’s when I came to Facebook looking for a new recommendation and discovered this company. I sent a few pictures and was quoted a price. Very easy to get started. He called me and we agreed on a date & time, to which Kevin and Chris (apologies for any name mis-spellings) arrived on time. The job turned out to be a bit more challenging than anticipated so they called in the ‘tool man’ backup, now comes John! So the three of them worked diligently to disassemble what parts were necessary to safely move it, then reassemble. Glad we found them. Thank you to their team!
We have used Heart 2 Heart for 2 moves in the past year. One move was into a storage unit and the second from the storage unit to a 2nd floor condo. Kevin Brown is a hands on owner and team director. His quotes for the moves were very reasonable and the deposit was fair. His team was careful, efficient and respectful of our property. In both of our moves the loading and unloading were timely. The condo move involved an elevator that made it more challenging but the team worked well together to make the process go smoothly. We would highly recommend Heart 2 Heart for all your moving needs.
