Aly is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional. she helped me address lower back pain on one side through massage that’s likely related to training jiu jitsu. she’s also trains jiu jitsu herself so she has a comprehensive understanding of how it can effect our bodies. i’d recommend anyone to Aly, she is so well rounded and can help with so much related to massage, strength training, and self defense!!

I recently visited happiness is balance for help with an ongoing, chronic shoulder issue. After one session of Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release, there was significant improvement in the shoulder with increased mobility. Aly provided exceptional service and educational materials to help me continue improving the shoulder injury. Highly recommend a visit, her professional skills and extensive knowledge proved to be invaluable.

Aly is an incredible massage therapist! I came in with persistent back pain that I suspected was linked to a tight hip flexor. She really took the time to work out this area along with a few other areas of restrictions she noted. I felt significant relief after just one session.
