Grace was absolutely wonderful! I needed both a major color correction and a cut correction due to a different salon's mistakes and I was treated top notch. She nailed my hair color and made the cut look just as effortless ❤️ She really went above and beyond for me! I LOVE the way I look now 🥰 You can tell it's not just a job to her, she loves what she does and it shows!!! Thank you Grace, soooo much! I usually am hit or miss with this area. the past few times were pretty nice. The most recent was amazing. I had a imo really bad tangle issue due to severe depression. There was a pretty deep matt towards the top of my head and knots were all the way to the scalp. I have thinnish hair but a lot of it. i was extremely embarrassed about it. A big shoutout to Marquita who untangled it in less than an hr and was so nice about it. She gave me time when it was hurting, she was understanding and good at explaining stuff. I got it detangled and an olaplex treatment for $43. It was amazing.
I stopped in with a child who can’t handle clippers and not only did they get us in but Hannah did an amazing job. She talked to him the whole time and kept him calm and engaged. The haircut came out really fantastic and this was a great experience for a child who doesn’t like having his haircut.
