Greg's Driving School of Frederick is a driving school located in Maryland that aims to help students become the best drivers they can be. The school has received mixed reviews from its customers. Many parents have had a positive experience with the instructors at Greg's Driving School. One customer's daughter had a "fabulous experience" with instructors Steve and Ethan, who were described as "amazing and helpful." They were patient, provided useful tips for the driving test, and helped the student feel more confident behind the wheel. Another customer had a similar positive experience with instructor Ethan Weiss, who was described as "really chill and understanding" even when the student made mistakes during the lesson. The customer felt at ease and comfortable during the in-car lesson. However, not all interactions with the school's staff have been pleasant. One customer had a negative experience with a "dark-haired girl" at the front desk, who was described as "very rude" and not helpful when the customer had questions about their child's attendance and scheduling. The customer felt the staff member was dismissive and unwilling to provide clear information, which left a bad impression. Overall, Greg's Driving School of Frederick seems to offer a mix of positive and negative experiences for its customers. The instructors are generally praised for their patience and teaching abilities, but the customer service from the administrative staff could use improvement.
My first two lessons were great with very friendly and helpful drivers. My last day, however, i had a stiff gas pedal (which the instructor was aware of yet still let affect my grade), misaligned wheels that my instructor didn't listen to me about, and my instructor kept telling me to go over the speed limit.
Daughter had a fabulous experience with both Steve and Ethan. They were both amazing and helpful instructors. And I couldn’t be happier with the experience that she had. They were patient and gave her tips for the driving test and made her feel just more confident behind the wheel.
I had my second in car lesson (parking) with instructor Ethan Weiss and he was a really good instructor. He was really chill and understanding, even when I hit the curb. I'm pretty nervous during these in car lessons but it was fine this time.
