Our pets have received care at Glade Valley since 2018. Some of the staff have been there longer than we have, which speaks to the culture and climate. Many of them have pets and draw from their experiences to provide empathetic care for pets and their families. Every single visit, they have shown so much compassion, patience, and genuine care—not just for my cats, but for me as well. I have never once felt pressured, rushed, or made to feel guilty about what I couldn't afford. Easy to make appt and great advice on vaccine needs as we just moved to yhis area. Vet and all staff very friendl, knowledgeable and professional. Happy to have Glade for the care of our puppy.
