I have been with Frederick Air since 1994. They installed a new unit 15.5 years ago and the compressor went on the outdoor unit 10 days ago so they just installed everything for the 2nd time since 1994. Fritz was so knowledgeable and intelligent about all our options and giving us a quote. Then today when the install group showed, they just were unbelievable neat, careful, nice, knowledgeable, and taking the time to answer all my questions. The price was very reasonable based on all the things we Google and looked up. And they gave us discounts where appropriate. I was very happy with price. Really! With this installation today I am unbelievable happy. I know my unit really well since it was installed new with me 15+ years ago. So as the unit got old, there were times I felt like they wanted me to invest in some options to extend its life. I obtained a balance talking with them weighting the age of my unit and what I should spend money on. But I was never pressured. I would definitely recommend Frederick Air. They are a company that works with you and that is what we all need! They got my back without the pressure. It was a good call!
