Dr. Ford is an amazing expert in her field. My family trusts her so much that my parents and I both have benefitted from her care. And she truly does care and has a wonderful bedside manner.

UPDATE: not only did I receive a response to my review I received a very gracious phone call apologizing for the misunderstanding. My husband and I now have appointments to see Dr. Ford. Thanks go out particularly to Dr Ford and Monica. We are so very appreciative that we can again be patients of someone who has a history of our dermatological needs. Dr Ford and her staff provide friendly professional skincare. My hypersensitive skin had been treated unsuccessfully by another dermatologist in the Frederick area for 2 years; Dr Ford diagnosed my skin issue at the initial appointment and has significantly improved its condition.
