My freezer froze up. I called Don and he came out right away and saved my food. He was very professional and kind. He was very knowledgeable about his job. He ordered the parts and came as soon as they were in. For having an appliance go bad Don made the situation bearable. He did a wonderful job

What a difference in reviews. Looks like folks either love Don's Appliances or hate them. Nothing in between. We just used Don for the first time to clean out our dryer vent. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. We set an appointment to meet my schedule. Don showed up on time, was polite professional and went about his work quickly. I'm satisfied and will call Don the next time I have an appliance that needs repair.Service: Dryer repair
