Providing and coordinating these resources all under one roof is what makes CoreLife’s program unique and is how our Care Teams have been able to guide and support thousands of patients in improving their health.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this facility. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and there was a clear lack of honesty regarding appointments. Specifically, I was told that my appointment was confirmed via a call last Thursday (February 6), but I never received any call. Today, I was charged $50 and falsely accused of missing the appointment.
The service is not worth the time or money, and I only went there because my doctor referred me. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as it would have saved me from this frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Wow! To read the other reviews is a little sad to see. I am not trying to diminish their experience, but it definitely was not mine. I came to CoreLife to help jump start my weight loss journey and had a fantastic experience. I met with Alexis the NP and she was great! Very informative and motivating. She laid out all of my options and helped me get started. I would highly recommend giving the practice and Alexis a chance it could be life changing!
I hate giving bad reviews. But I unfortunately was wronged by this “clinic”. I would give zero stars if I could.
I began visiting corelife in 2023. I got turned off from attending after some rude remarks from an exercise specialist that thankfully no longer works there. Mostly remarks about how I’d need to “prove myself” and make his time worth it. He often said these things when it came to purchasing additional classes and training. Saying that if I was really serious I should prove it by purchasing additional time with his training.
