He was kind and helpful and explained the process and I got an appointment for the next week! John even called the day before just to remind me and to confirm, which is really helpful. But I was not ready for how incredible and new our old car would look! It is a 2008, so it’s old, and there Was a mouse invasion and many years of dogs and other things in the car. Had explained to me that he was going to do ozone therapy to the car, which is a process that attacks the smelly molecules and changes them so they don’t smell anymore. It worked so well. John Spent time with our car and made sure that every spot was clean, but he also only needed half a day to finish it, so you will get your car back fairly quickly.My husband and I feel so thankful that we found John!!!
