I just had a cut and color with Sam. I was completely excited with the color. I went from my natural brown hair which I was just tired of to blonde and it looks amazing. She did exactly what I asked her to do. She gave me tips along the way to keep my hair looking good. Loved the experience. I will be coming back because of Sam. I would highly recommend her.
I wanted to start this review by letting everyone know that I am a hairstylist. I have been in the industry for 20+ years. I do not work at Alter Ego. Our job, like many others, is physically, and sometimes, emotionally draining. The Yume head spa experience was everything I expected and so much more. I was the most relaxed I have EVER been. Jordan’s presence was soothing and calm. If I could rate this 10 stars, I would. Worth every penny.
I absolutely LOVED my experience here! I have finally found my new salon for all of my hair and nail needs. It’s an upbeat, relaxed and calming environment. It is also very clean, while enjoying services I saw one of the team members wiping and disinfecting work stations as well as the multiple areas to sit on. Maddy and the whole team go above and beyond to make you truly feel pampered and welcome💕 Thank you, ladies!
