We were told we MUST be on time for our 9am appointment. The owner did not even arrive till 9:16 after being called. They then took a walk in before the person with an appointment. My appointment didn't start until 9:45 . Then they beat us out to the car and out of the parking lot. Supposed to open till noon. Very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for a specific time and date. I drove an hour to get there, and arrived 5 minutes early. When I arrived I thought I was in the wrong place because they were closed. I double checked my information, and it was correct. I called hoping that they were closed to walk in appointments. They were just closed, and I had received no call or notification that my appointment was canceled. This is extremely unprofessional. I understand emergencies happen, what I don't understand is no call to cancel. Luckily I found a different place 11 minutes away, and they were able to see me right away.
