This was my first time at the salon in Ft. Washington. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and asked who I was here to see. Ari was my stylist. She seemed kind but you could tell that she was bothered by having more than one client. Her other client asked her how long it would be and she just ignored her. I asked how often I should come to get my locs retwisted and she said she didn't know. I would have given this salon 5 stars if it weren't for her. She does a good job but needs to work on time management and try to answer questions to the best of her ability or ask another stylist. Now that I have been going to this salon almost a year it was the best decision, it's convenient and friendly, they make you feel like you are a part of the family and it's everything my toddler needs to get her tendered head done. If you have a kid and contemplating get their hair done, go there and see Shanelle she is the best and has the best patients with kids hands down and you won't be disappointed.

This was my first time and I felt like I had been coming here for years! I felt so comfortable and just well taken care of everything explained and done extra special!! And my Stylist NITA did an Amazing job I’m back in the game YAY took some years off! The Team Work is off the charts Mahogany and the rest of the team you guys ROCK!!!!
