Very disappointed. Of the forty ARBORVITAES we had planted, 10 died within a couple/few months. Was difficult to get help from Denison as our customer rep had left the company. Finally, they agreed to replace them, but....they replaced the arborvitaes with the eastern red cedars. It's a weird, silly, unbelievable mistake. I've gotten no response from them and have had to hire another nursery to fix the issue. Sorry to say, but absolutely stay away from them.

One of your truck scattered sizable rocks and hit our windshield and caused damage to our vehicle. Do a better job at securing your material. Unbelievable. 4 October 2024, 1:20pm i495 W Bound , S Telegraph exit. I’ll be reporting this to my insurance company.

Very disappointed in the service to our community Piney Grove in Waldorf MD. The receptionist/Secretary is very rude and unprofessional. She showed an unprofessional tone when I simply ask for the name of the manager. She place me on hold and never returned to the phone when I called back she sent me to voicemail. The property manager claims he has not received any message from our management company regarding poor service and trash pick up of our ponds. Our irrigation system has not been on in weeks and no one can tell us why… Poor service!
