Mr Hernandez was paid $675 on Sep 28 to trim my large oak tree that has limbs hovering dangerously near my bedroom window and on top of my roof. He was supposed to show up on Sep 29 but never did. When I contacted him on the evening of the 29th he said he was at the dentist and it rained the night proper so he couldn't come but he would be there the next day. He never showed up, never responded to any many calls, texts and voicemails. I had no choice but to hire someone else and file a fraud claim with my bank. I left him a message on Oct 5th of my decision. Shortly after he showed up with another man both looking unsteady on their feet. I sent them away
