I called this place who ever the manager/owner there was very very rude for no reason I just was being sent here for an evaluation because of the courts. I’m paying out of pocket for this evaluation! I’ve spoken to 3 other places for this same evaluation with no insurance all of the other places price ranged from 180-200!!!! Out of pocket cost the rude lady gets on the phone saying after I said I’m paying out of pocket! She says oh it’s 1000 dollars and she can get approved for Medicaid insurance so it a be free! Off break she’s 800 dollars over anywhere else! So to me they obviously scamming the insurance companies by price hiking they services and forwarding...read full review

Not satisfied with this Counseling Center at all. The owner seems to be very controlling and does NOT have her client's best interest at heart. She also tried to accuse me of trying to walk into a private office, when in fact I was just getting out of the way of other clients. (In fact, I truly believe this is why they release me from the program) I was released from the program without my knowledge. Had to find out by calling to see if I could make an appointment to see the New Doctor to fill my medication that I have since ran out of. The counselor told me that drinking alcohol is equivalent to doing something inappropriate with a 7 year old child. THAT'S VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The two things are incomparable and I was flabbergasted to say the least.The staff is unprofessional as well. I was talked over a lot by the head doctor that runs the place. Even when I told her I am being cut off, she continues to over talk me. I also feel that they are judgmental and it is easy to feel that coming from them as a patient.
