Very honest, hardworking and insightful personnel who will tell you your options for any problem. Sometimes they are a little busy, but they will communicate with you when to expect the work to be done. They have very inexpensive or reasonable prices, based upon my many and various needs over the years.

Laid back workshop.. no rush, calm atmosphere.. i bet my laptop felt like being at the SPA for a week it was staying there. :). A technician called as promised with diagnostics and when the repair was done. Thank you! Job well done.

Allen at Geek ABC was nothing but great. I brought my two year-old Dell laptop in that was no longer under warranty. Dell wanted $40 for me to send it back just for diagnostics, in addition to repair costs. Allen immediately looked at it for free. He determined that it was the motherboard of the laptop. This would've been a very expensive fix. I decided not to repair the laptop and instead buy a new one. Allen did not charge me for the diagnostic assessment. He is very professional, proficient, communicative, and honest. I appreciate his customer service and will definitely utilize this business again for all my computer repairs.
