Allen at Geek ABC was nothing but great. I brought my two year-old Dell laptop in that was no longer under warranty. Dell wanted $40 for me to send it back just for diagnostics, in addition to repair costs. Allen immediately looked at it for free. He determined that it was the motherboard of the laptop. This would've been a very expensive fix. I decided not to repair the laptop and instead buy a new one. Allen did not charge me for the diagnostic assessment. He is very professional, proficient, communicative, and honest. I appreciate his customer service and will definitely utilize this business again for all my computer repairs. The folks at Geek ABC Fairfax are amazing. I used their services few years back to repair a laptop and again few weeks back for another laptop. Both times, the service was absolutely amazing. I was given the diagnostics fairly quickly, and was not pressured into doing any kind of service that was not absolutely necessary. The folks were also helpful in providing tips and suggestions with the laptop. I believe I can trust the guys at Geek ABC fully with any future PC repair tasks and I highly recommend them to everyone.
