Naylor Plumbing cannot be beat! Eric is a wonderful owner and plumber! I found a leak by my baseboard and needed immediate attention. After calling three other popular local plumbers, I was quickly frustrated as they wanted to charge a $100 initial service fee, and wouldn’t be able to come to my house for another three days. I called Naylor Plumbing and instantly got Eric on the other end. He said he could show up same day (no extra charge) at 3:20pm on Friday, and literally showed up at 3:21pm. The issue was a rotting carbon drain riser. He fixed it within 20 min and out the door. I can’t thank you enough. Eric and Nick keep up your great work.

Had them out about a year ago when my water pump stopped. They were able to fix it inexpensively but recommended new systems to prevent a possible pump failure in the future. I passed but planned to get back to them for this service.
Well, a year later the pump failed. They installed a new well pump, blue pressure tank, and sediment filter. The install is super clean and is working flawlessly.
While they were here they addressed a few minor issues. Even though it is stuff I kind of feel like I should take care of (toilet kept running as well as a few leaky components) they addressed the issues easier and better than I ever could... read full review
