Lady Baltimore Floors has installed and refinished hard-wood floors in two houses I have owned, one of which was built in the 1800's. They did an excellent job on both projects, and at a reasonable price. All the staff are knowledgeable and reliable, and they offer first-rate products and services. They have had such extensive experience working on both old and new houses, there is no flooring job they cannot do, and do very well. I recently had Lady Baltimore install new hardwood flooring on the second floor of my Baltimore rowhouse and I am very pleased with how things turned out. My home is almost 150 years old and there is not a square wall in the entire place making for a challenging floor installation. Matt did exceptional work making the floor look like it has always been there while also minimizing the disruption to my own work day.
