I called Drain Works at 8am with water backing up into the basement. They sent someone out right away to look at the problem. Ryan and Kyle. They were great and had our pipes free and clear in record time. Highly recommended.Service: Drain cleaning
My mother's drain from septic to the house was stopped up. She called DrainWorks and they told her they would call her back in 10 minutes. Exactly 10 minutes she received a phone call. Very responsive. Two gentlemen showed up at 10:15 and left at 12:00 and worked all that time to get the drained cleaned out. Very polite and knowledgeable. Sunday morning my kitchen sink was clogged I pulled off the trap and found that the clog was further down the pipe. I originally called apple plumbing and that’s where I made my mistake they charged me $400 and they were here for 2 hours using a snake to try to unclog my sink I told them to leave. I called drain works and they came out the next day and Dustin and his helper were awesome they came in and immediately fixed the issue for less then half the price of apple. I would use again and will refer them to anyone I know because it was that great of a experience.they were done in 30 minutes or so and Dustin definitely knew what he was doing .
