Dishonest business. Had a leaking water heater under warranty. The water heater manufacturer advised it was 100% under warranty and pointed me to this company . This company said due to low supply due to the pandemic, since it was a warranty replacement they would have to upcharge me $200 even though the manufacturer was covering the unit 100% and they had units available. If I would buy one from them non-warranty they would not upcharge me. Sounds like price gouging during a crisis to me.
