I have been a customer of T&T New Life Roofing since 2017. Since then they have completed 4 jobs for me and I have been satisfied with the response time, price and service each and every time. The services I received included replacing the roof of the house, recoating the house roof ( I have a flat roof so this is a maintenance item) recoating my garage roof, adding vents to the roof to address a moisture issue, replacing the chimney and removing an old satellite dish. Great company to work with.
My initial experience started with Ms. Nicole who was so sweet and patient. She scheduled a start time and made sure the whole construction process went off smoothly with zero setbacks. Mr. Tony, had his guys coming out daily, working HARD. He provided progress pictures, communicated what was happening with each step and even did extra work that originally wasn’t apart of the contract. The workers were very respectful and considerate. They did an excellent job of cleaning up each day and hauling away the junk. I truly have zero complaints! I would use them again in a heart beat. We had an amazing experience with this roofing company. The roofing crew was outstanding. The job was completed very professionally and well done. My husband and I was so pleased with the service.
