if you’re considering state farm in the area re-consider this agentin 33 years we’ve had 2 losses ($4k flood) and a roof (pending) … marc has literally been MIA the entire claim process since our loss on 12/23/22 and currently are coming up on april ‘23 w/ no resolution and only one conversation from marc … meanwhile we receive a letter stating we may be dropped if we have another claimthis guy won’t go to bat for you regardless of how long you’ve been with him and is out of the office more than he’s in it … coming up on the rainiest month and still getting the run around - SHOP ELSEWHERE, i know we will after this is settled
