I had a wonderful experience when I took my cat to Dr Prange. She worked so well with my cat Vladi, she's like a cat whisperer. She was very thorough and informative. She helped me understand what is going on with him. The technician was wonderful and asked pertinent questions about him and was so gentle. They reallly go the extra mile and care. I would highly recommend them.
Staff is incredibly friendly and caring towards both their human and animal customers. Have always been honest and straightforward and I’ve never felt like I’ve been pushed to do something that wasn’t ultimately in the best interest of my pets or to bill additional fees.
I moved out of the state and I’ve been missing the care my cat received from them. I still get their emails with information on when my pet is due for certain shots and I wish I could live closer only to have the certainty that my cat is in the best hands.
