Miles’s Plumbing and Heating provided an excellent service. My tech Kevin previously did work for us and was very professional which is made me call them back. He came out the second time, remembered my parents, had patience with my father’s questions and he clearly explained the issues once it was properly diagnosed. He cleaned up and kept a pleasant demeanor the entire time.
This was far and away the best plumber I have ever worked with! Mike was incredibly professional, thorough, and efficient in diagnosising the problem, offering up multiple solutions and getting us a new water heater same day! Mike and Nick were both awesome in their communication and quality of work!

Mike was friendly and professional on the phone. He was easy to talk to. Which made it easy to explain the issues we were having. He sent out his longtime technician Chris to assess the job and fix our problem. Chris was also very friendly, and very professional. He did an amazing job fixing/replacing our washer drain pipe.
And, the price was reasonable. We will definitely call them again if we have plumbing or heating issues in the future.
