I found an up and coming stylist that specializes in locs! Josh at Eastern Locs & Shears is very professional, patient, and very empathetic to my hair care needs and goals. If Josh doesn’t feel comfortable performing a service, he is very upfront and honest with you. He is also opened to constructive criticism and any feedback that will help him become a master at his craft! I will be referring all my family and friends to Josh!
