“I always refer people to this office. My older children now come here along with coworkers of mine and a lot of family. Dr K is awesome and so are all of the hygienists and dental assistants.

Only giving 4 stars because the front desk is not very friendly. You walk in and no one says anything and you’re left standing there wondering what to do. I sat in the waiting room waiting for my kids to finish their cleaning and overheard the front desk having a conversation with a patient over the phone. When she got off the phone she started talking about the patient.

As someone who works in a medical setting this was unprofessional and rude. They need to be mindful about who is in the waiting room and how loud they are.

I will also add my appts for my children were changed and I didn’t receive a phone call asking if it was okay just a text message telling me the times. I schedule appts 6 months in advance. A phone call would have been appreciated.

There is always room for improvement. Hopefully things will change.

“I've been going to Dr.Saccoh for over fifteen years, in my opinion, he's the best dentist in harford county especially when getting implants it's nice to only have to see 1 person and get everything done at the same place.“

Everyone was so kind and explained every step of the way and kept checking in to make sure I was OK. I even got a little break between bottom and top teeth.
