Dr. Smithberger, DDS runs an excellent dental practice with a professional, thorough, and kind staff. He is known for being the most competent and knowledgeable dentist many have encountered in over 30 years. Patients appreciate his expertise, bedside manner, and ability to listen and explain procedures. Many have been loyal patients for over a decade, traveling to continue receiving his exceptional care. The warm and friendly greeting from the staff, along with the pleasant and thorough overview from the hygienist, creates a relaxing experience. Dr. Smithberger’s calm, reassuring, and comprehensive explanations make every visit delightful. His patients often feel like they are part of a second family and are grateful for the love and care they receive.
Had my first visit at this practice today. I loved it. Staff are friendly, hygienist (Becca) was outstanding, and the doctor (Andrew) was excellent. I never felt hurried and received excellent care. There was a joyful attitude among everyone there. I have found my dental home!
Dr. Andrew Bashra did an outstanding job on my crown. He is a perfectionist and a delight to talk to through the process. I hope to only see him during future cleanings but if the need arises for something more serious, i know who to go to. The hygienists were all great and very personable. It made the experience enjoyable, all things considered. Thank you!
