It was hard to find a HVAC company that actually picked up the phone and explained the service the technician would do. I was looking for a company that would not only give a thorough evaluation of my system, but also do any type of cleaning that it might require to avoid dust and dirt in the system. George was very professional. He was in a uniform to represent his company. He was on time. He was very helpful with his explanations. And I thought the price was fair for the cleaning and service and I need it one part replaced. Definitely recommend George and his company for cleaning and service. We had a really great experience with Albright's Mechanical Services. Tristan Pomeroy was the technician who diagnosed and repaired the AC at one of the rental properties that we manage, and he was fantastic to work with.
From the start, Tristan kept us updated on what was going on, explained the issue clearly, and walked us through the repair process. The repair required replacement parts to be ordered, and he stayed in touch throughout, providing updates and letting us know what to expect. He also took the time to offer helpful suggestions and answer our questions.
