I had a wonderful experience! Dr. Maria Pham was a delight, and she was fun to talk to while doing my eye exams. The secretary that was there that day was also wonderful. 10/10 ❤️

I edited the review. I couldn't get used to my glasses and I successfully returned it without any problems. I'm very thankful for that! Ever since I started wearing glasses, I've been going to my optometrist for checkups. This time I decided to try Visionworks because I thought it would be faster and they have a larger selection of glasses (my insurance pays part of it every 2 years). I was here last year with my daughter, she had her eyesight checked and had her glasses very quickly. this time was different. There is no doctor here, it was a virtual appointment, it took a very long time and result was incorrect. I received glasses... read full review

My appointment service was excellent start with the front desk guy Mohammed he is very excellent customer service and patience. He help me a lot. The doctor was very kind and answer all my questions. Appt date 10/8/24 afternoon
