This is my second time purchasing a home and I wish I had worked with JaMarr and his team the first time. Being thorough, detailed, and professional are the qualities I looked for from an inspector. I utilized VPI's services after seeing he was on the list of Baltimore's approved inspectors. JaMarr was professional and knowledgeable. He arrived early and started reviewing the outside structure until we gained access to the building. He mentioned anything of concern while there, then later had pictures and recommendations in his written report. He was patient and answered any question we had even if it meant it took him longer to complete. His recommendations were thorough and allowed for us to further negotiate improvements, repairs or credits. Vision Property Inspection is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. They performed an initial inspection of a property we were purchasing and then reinspected after repairs on a very short timeline. I highly recommend this company!
