The flowers I ordered from The Flower Basket were beautiful! Susan was very helpful in fulfilling my order over the phone. The flowers were delivered shortly after i placed the order. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Outstanding customer service. My husband ordered flowers from the Flower Basket and they went out of their way re deliver flowers when I missed the delivery the first time. They didn't want to leave them out in the heat which I really appreciate. The flowers were gorgeous and fresh and the chocolates were really really delicious. We will be ordering from them for various occasions again and highly recommend.
I ordered flowers from The Flower Basket from out of town for delivery and did not enter the correct delivery address. When the store delivered the flowers at the address I provided, no one was home. They left them and followed up with the recipient. That was when they discovered my error on the address. They went back, retrieved my flowers, and correctly delivered them. I am so appreciative that they went out of their way to ensure my flowers were delivered correctly. The flowers themselves were fresh and beautiful.
