I recently had several small rugs, runner and twp medium size rugs cleaner. 7-8 in all. One was silk. I was Very pleased with that professionalism of the gentleman that picked up that rugs, gave me an estimate and returned the rugs. Not necessarily in the order. I think it took about two weeks. I was in no rush. I have cleaned these rugs in the past and I could clearly see the difference in the method of cleaning that Rug Kare uses. Prices were competitive. I called to thank the owner the same day I received the rugs back. I will definitely utilize the service again. Don't hesitate.

Rug Kare is by far the best rug cleaning service. They cleaned an antique wool Persian rug that has been in my family for multiple generations. It is now spotless and the colors are vibrant. They also cleaned a nylon area rug with the same results. Rugs they clean are returned thoroughly cleaned, from front to back.Plus, Mr. Brice, was informative, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

We called Rug Kare to clean our 8' diameter oriental rug. They picked it up, hand cleaned it & did some minor repairs we asked for. Wow, the rug looked brand new when they brought it back. We liked the service, price & quality so much, we had the leave with two other rugs. Great people to work with. Highly recommend!
