This is an interesting Review since Wes has not done work on my pool (yet), but I would hire him in a heartbeat for any serious work I needed done at my pool. I did work for Wes on his personal house, he was referred to me by another customer I did work for with my business. The customer told me about this great pool guy she found (Wes) to do all her work on her pool after her other pool company had sold their business. While working for Wes, not only did he treat all of my guys like gold, but he was extremely understanding, respectful, patient, and prompt on his end with payment upon completion of job. If you’re looking to get a pool, this is your sign to run- not walk- to Pools Unlimited. I can’t even begin to express how elated we are with our experience. Did I mention it’s a family business?? Wes and his dad, Kenny, are an absolute power house team. Let’s start with the fact that they showed up every single day, rain or shine, with smiles and diligently worked the day away. Pools Unlimited has taken care of all our pool needs for decades: Design, install, equipment, maintenance, water testing, supplies, leaks, replacement/repairs, service, home delivery, everything. This is an honest, helpful, reliable, family business that puts the customer first. My favorite part of the year is scheduling my pool opening with them.
With their help, service, and expertise we have been able to extend our pool season to almost 8 months a year. Will be a customer for life.
