In calls that I have made and my wife has made, staff has been rude in conversations. Enough so that it obstructs the good care and eliminates any desire to visit.

So, I will begin by stating that I was a patient of Dr. Richard Babkes a few years ago when I was experiencing debilitating headaches, sometimes making me dizzy while driving. My initial experiences were all excellent. Fast forward to this May. On Memorial Day I had an episode where I literally thought I had a mini-stroke. I woke up very confused and my tongue was numb and tingling, I was cold on one side. I then called Dr. Babkes’s office to set up an appointment. (Note that they were booked so far out my only option was virtual). I had to express my concern about what had happened more than once to even get the virtual appointment.I also had to start over as if I was a new patient. That’s fine, so Dr. Babkes requested I do an MRI for my brain. This was done in early June. My follow up appointment to discuss my results was literally 8 weeks later. Not a single person called to discuss the results. I assume I am ok, but really, have no idea. Today was the follow up virtual appointment , I did not have the time correct and missed my appointment. So, though I never missed an appointment I need to pay the late fee. I understand policy, so, yes, I will pay, but really? Could this fee have been waived as a courtesy? Anyway, when I try to reschedule the office staff tells me there are no openings until October. Bearing in mind, that to this point, nobody has gone over my MRI report with me yet. October? That is actually laughable. It is time to find a new doctor.

Horrible making appts. Person lost my appt after waiting months for it and now I have to wait again. I am in so much pain. I have to wait four months now after waiting 3. Praying it’s worth it.

Outstanding and lifesaving care delivered by Gena Romanow. Don't let petty insurance company b.s. get in the way of quality health care. She is worth fighting whatever insurance issues that you encounter. Dr. Romanow is a rare find amongst doctors these days...highly competent, intelligent, and compassionate. She delivers exceptional neurological care. When I was brought out of an induced coma in a Johns Hopkins hospital due to a statis seizure, the doctors were trying to figure out who my neurologist was, when I finally remembered, they said with relief, "Oh, she's the best". I concur.

Dr. Richard Babkes has been my neurologist for the last seven years. He adheres to the highest personal and professional standards. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I have trust in this practice and have sent family members for consultation to this outstanding group of physicians

Doctor Richard Babkes and his team have been our Neurologist for some 30 + years. Always greets you with a smile. He is very attentive to detail. Definitely a person you want on your side helping to maintain your health. As a long time patient he treats us for many different types of neurological ailments. Give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I agree with Morgan - Zero stars - maybe negative. Said they sent email requesting paperwork. Never received it. Got a VM from their office yesterday saying that they haven't received the paperwork and will cancel my appointment (set over a month ago) if they don't have it by 1:30pm. I called and explained that I'm at work and can't get it to them by then. The office staff made it my fault after I had completed all the things that I actually had received. I had also checked the patient portal which had no indication of any required paperwork, and had incorrect information for my appointment. She wanted to reschedule (after waiting a month!) so I just cancelled. I don't want to go to a doctor that doesnt' care about their patients.
