I've had my hair cut by four other Chinese and Korean stylists in Annandale, VA and Rockville, MD and ended up with horrible cuts and "Asian mullets"... Once I found Jacky (originally at his Wheaton location), I've continued following Jacky for the last decade. I moved to the DC (VA) area from NYC and am very bias to finding a legitimate haircut from someone that's Cantonese. My daughter now gets her hair cut by him too, and we'll forever drive up to Ellicott, or wherever he'll go, and be his loyal patrons.
I got the best haircut of my life by Tommy last month. I just found this page or I would have written this sooner. He spent over an hour on it and I love it more each day. VERY reasonably priced - highly recommended!
