Patrick was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions, provided all of my options, and it allowed me to make an informed decision on how to proceed. I’ve had Pat service my AC and hydroponic boiler systems and recently had him install 3 mini-split systems in my basement over the last two years. He takes great pride in his work. He is very patient with all of my questions regarding service and installation options and has never tried to upsell unnecessary items for any of my systems.
