“I love this salon! When I describe it to people, I tell them it’s like something you would see in a small town in the movies where everyone (employees and clients) is friendly and knows each other. I’ll never forget the first time I went there 4 years ago and everyone was having group conversation that I was suddenly a part of. They make you feel comfortable and part of the group. I only go about twice a year, but each time is like catching up with old friends.

I also love my haircuts and color and especially love how they treat my four year old son. I’ve seen both Renee and Jess and they are both awesome. I was really apprehensive for my son’s first haircut because he was a typical toddler boy. He cried the whole time, refused the cape and moved a lot, but his hair still turned out awesome - Jess was so patient and kind. After the first time, my son loved going back! I arranged for him to be picked up so he didn’t have to sit through my hair color and cut, but he loved being there so much he stayed. The ladies included him in my hair cut by getting a step stool to help wash my hair, he loved it! And they loved him. It’s hard not to love this place!“

“Joey did my make up and hair for my wedding. I loved how the look turned out! The make up was wonderful yet natural looking, and the hairstyle turned out better than what I had asked for. I had three different outfits and looks for the wedding, so Joey stayed for the whole duration of the event and helped me change looks and do touch ups all throughout the night. She is extremely nice, patient, and very good at what she does! I have monolid eyes, so I knew I needed to find a make up artist who would be familiar with doing that type of eye makeup. I am so glad I went with Joey because she was very knowledgeable on how to make monolid eyes appear larger yet still very natural. Highly recommend Joey!“

I got my lashes done on Thursday and I lost a big chunk of them on Sunday not sure how so I messaged them yesterday asking if they could do something for me and the very kind ladies were able to fit me in last minute and they were able to fix them for me just wanna let you know Customer Service at PIKESVILLE location is outstanding I love the girls here. I love the way they do my lashes. I love the way they handle me as a customer. I don’t wanna go anywhere else. They are very understanding if I was running late they’re able to reschedule. They’re able to work with my time able to book me last minute. I appreciate the level of Customer Service and the excellent Service!“

“I’ve been coming here for a while now. Service is always great and I’m always happy with the results. I will say that it was disappointing trying to come during posted business hours and it was closed. No sign about when it’ll open. If it says it’s open on google it should be open when customers arrive. This seems to be a common problem at Columbia Mall that I hope resolves soon. Currently 10:40am“

They did it perfect where you couldn't see my real eyelashes but they don't look fake She did a natural look with just a little bit longer lashes than my real ones just don't make a Boulder impression for every day look Very satisfied and not pricing is Very affordable“
