Alaa really went beyond and above . My hair had at least 6-7 colors in from previous treatment and dyes . Alaa in less than 2 hrs made a miracle and created a nice blend of blond and brown color. Haircut was phenomenal prefect layers and blow drying was very nice too . Alaa is very flexible he came in at 7:30 am to accommodate me .

It's very hard to find a stylist who does a good job on your kid's haircut. At Ellie, she did an amazing job on both my kid's hair. She was very detailed and took her time. We will definitely be coming here from now on.

Great service and ellie goes out of her way to fix any issues.
One of the hair stylist messed up my daughter’s hair after sitting there 3 hours and charged me ~$200. Ellie called me and apologized for the bad result and refund the charge . Few weeks later, Ellie worked on my daughter’s hair and fixed the damaged hair. My daughter was super happy with the result and Ellie wasn’t going to charge me after spending 3hours on her. I insisted and paid for her great work.
I was very amazed with her professionalism and her superb customer service.
I’ve been recommending this place to all my friends and decided to share my story with others. I recommend Joe and Ellie !

I give a two star because the stylist was paying attention to make both side are symmetry. However, I don't believe he understands what I was asking for the style I want or just the way he cuts hair can't satisfy what I want. He clean up the sides and back to short hair pretty well, but trim the top and fix the layers were bad. I tried it twice, so I don't think I'm going back again based on my experience.
