Kapri is also skilled and ensures her clients are happy by explaining the process and checking for approval. The salon has a friendly atmosphere, with a welcoming woman at the front desk and a bubble tea shop nearby. Customers appreciate the great prices, and even if the haircut isn't perfect at first, the owner is committed to fixing it for free. Whether someone is a returning client or new, Clips & Cutz remains an excellent choice for a quality haircut.
It took me a while to find a great haircut spot after moving to the area, but I'm quite happy to have found Clips & Cutz. Janelle does a fantastic job and it's incredibly convenient to be able to make appointments online. I won't go anywhere else!
Rachel was incredible! I walked in on a busy Sunday night about an hour before closing, expecting a long wait — if they could even see me at all. Instead, I got the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. She was so efficient and skilled! Even more impressive, she managed to cover the store phone while still getting me in and out quickly with an amazing cut — all for less than the other spots around. Right off Route 40, in front of Giant and Home Depot. Highly recommend!
I have been going to this place for the past 3-4 months and I go to Janelle if I spelled her name right . The over all staff is good and I like it they are polite and the environment is clean.
