I rarely get to treat myself, and made an appointment the night before online - expecting that I may have to wait a little bit since they didn’t confirm my appointment request in the morning. I was wrong - they took me back right away. That was a mistake though, because the lady who did my manicure spent at least 15 minute maximum on my nails. What does a 15 minute gel manicure look like? The joke of a manicure in the photos I’ve attached. Maybe it’s because she was too busy watching the TikTok live on her phone to care?
Since she didn’t ask me what color I wanted before I sat down since she was in such a rush, she asked me after she started. I told her I want white or light pink - she got me OPI bubble bath. This was four coats - she almost stopped at three. You can still see the tips of my nails underneath.
They were so busy in the pedicure area, and she told me she has to switch to someone else because… that person had an appointment. I did too, but maybe it didn’t count since I never got an appointment confirmation? The water was cold, and she was filling up a jug of hot water and pouring it in - not sure if the chair they put me in wasn’t working or their pedicure chairs don’t work in general.
I sat there looking at my nails, annoyed about the fact that I have never in my life had such a horrible manicure and decided to leave. I did pay, but the attitude she gave as I left was ridiculous. The older gentleman kept apologizing, but what is the point? My rare opportunity to have a relaxing morning was ruined, I will never come here again and honestly I wish I hadn’t even paid $41 for the excuse of a manicure I got.

Anh & Minh are great even though I hadn’t been in a while, it was just like I had never had a break from going to the salon. I had suffered an injury to my foot and was unable to come, but it was great to see everybody again just a really good bedside manner..

Had a weird experience here for mani pedi. Lena isn't a friendly tech and seemed very bothered to have a paying customer. This ish isn't cheap and there's million of nail shops so bad energy is felt. She was rude & got up with no goodbye to let someone else finish my nails with no warning or comment. I'm a person not just some nails you're doing & I am spending hard earned money in YOUR establishment of all places, act like it smh. Horrible customer service, I will never go back.

My nail tech is awesome. She’s good at what she does. If you have cuticle, she’s the one. I have not worked with anyone else because she was perfect the first time she did my mani/pedi and every time afterwards. She’s also personable and pleasant making sure you’re comfortable. I guess I should share her name and not keep her all to myself. That would be Emily. 😊

All the staff is really helpful Lena was great. Good prices been here a few times really good pedicures especially for men definitely recommend. Very good massage chairs they even do facials.

A beautiful salon. Very clean. Lena is my technician. She is always on time with appointments and she does an awesome job. I really appreciate that the owner addresses me by my name ; and always thanks me as I leave. Highly recommend this salon. Ask for Lena!
