As a long time patient, I have been disappointed with their service and pricing since they moved to Normandy Shopping plaza. They need better customer service and their selection is overpriced. It's a matter of time before they go out of business, compared with cheaper National retailers.

I really love the staff at Professional Vision, everyone is polite, helpful and professional. I've been coming here for years and never had a bad experience.

Unfortunately this is no longer the practice it once was. After a week of the office asking me to move my appointment to accommodate their schedule I was able to rearrange mine to make it work. After arriving a few minutes late I was told I would need to reschedule (after taking time off of work so that I could meet their scheduling needs). The staff was rude and unaccommodating. I have decided to go to another practice along with 4 members of my family who were also patients here after this experience. Being a business owner myself, it's very telling what the priories are for this practice. Hint: it's not the patient .Go elsewhere
