My rescue terrier usually panics around clippers, so grooming appointments are stressful for both of us. The groomer here took a few minutes just letting him settle before starting anything, which already felt different from other places I’ve tried. They worked slowly and avoided overwhelming him with loud equipment all at once. His coat looked neat and natural afterward without being cut too short. He also didn’t spend the rest of the day hiding, which honestly felt like the biggest success.
We have been using Kelly and team for five years. They have worked tirelessly to understand a breed appropriate cut for our two Tibetian Terriers and have nailed it. What’s amazing is Gary’s patience and the fact that he apologizes every time because it takes longer than he wanted. Think about that, most groomers want quantity over quality - not here. Our dogs love going and get treated with the same love and care we have for them. Thank you for the great job you’re doing and special shout out to Gary!
I had such a great experience at All Paws Pet Salon! I brought in my feisty Chihuahua who is usually super difficult during grooming, and they handled him with so much patience and care. They also worked on my large hound who has been dealing with ongoing skin issues, and the Thera Clean treatments made a noticeable difference.
The staff was kind, professional, and really knew what they were doing. Both of my dogs came back looking and feeling so much better. It’s not easy trusting someone else with your pets. especially when one is a little “spicy” and the other has special needs but they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!
